Soul Beach Night Club
Soul Beach Night Club required a comprehensive acoustic and vibration solution to ensure high-quality sound experience while minimizing noise transmission to neighboring areas. Objectives included: Reduce external noise complaints. Create an immersive audio experience inside the club. Minimize structural vibration transmission from speakers and equipment. Enhance interior aesthetics with functional acoustic finishes. Ensure compliance with local noise regulations





Star Garments Studio
Star Garments required a dedicated studio and control room to support in-house audio production for product demonstrations, training videos, and marketing content. Key objectives were: Create a highly isolated recording space (minimise external noise infiltration). Deliver a neutral, controlled acoustic environment with balanced reverberation for accurate monitoring. Provide a functional control room with high speech intelligibility and good monitor imaging. Complete works with minimal disruption to ongoing site activities and deliver within the agreed schedule.







Unilever Sapugaskanda
Rockwool preformed pipe sections (100–120 kg/m³) were applied with varying thicknesses based on temperature profiles (50–100 mm). Aluminium stucco-embossed cladding was used for standard areas, while SS 304 was used in high-hygiene wash-down zones. Custom-made removable insulation jackets were installed for valves and PRVs. Surface preparation included cleaning, priming, and corrosion protection.











Lakdanavi Power Plant
High-density rockwool (140 kg/m³) was used for insulation, with thicknesses ranging from 75–125 mm depending on operating temperature. Aluminium stucco cladding (0.6 mm) was applied in sheltered areas, while SS 304 (0.5 mm) was used in exposed pipe racks and coastal-facing zones. Anti-corrosion primer was applied to carbon steel surfaces prior to insulation. Removable jackets with silica mat cores and glass cloth outer layers were used for valves and PRVs.

Kalani University Acoustic Panels Project
High-performance acoustic wall panels were installed to optimize sound absorption and reduce reverberation, ensuring crystal-clear acoustics and speech intelligibility throughout the auditorium. Strategically arranged vertical acoustic panels were applied across the walls to enhance interior sound quality while complementing the room’s aesthetic design. Premium fabric-wrapped sound-absorbing modules were integrated to manage reflection frequencies, providing a distraction-free and professional learning environment.









Party Studio Project With Interior Soundproofing And Acoustic
Advanced interior soundproofing and acoustic treatments were meticulously engineered to contain high-output audio and eliminate external noise interference, delivering an immersive entertainment experience. Modular acoustic wall panels featuring custom contrasting checkered patterns were applied throughout the studio to manage sound reflections, reduce echo, and enhance overall audio clarity. High-performance ceiling acoustic treatments and professional lighting integration were combined to create an optimized, stylish environment suited for private events and media playback.
